About us and our craft
In the Vita Vargens Smedja I produce blacksmithing and woodwork in a traditional way. I also offer small welding, metal and wood work upon request.

The forge only uses coal for forging. I have decided to take the harder, traditional path of this beautiful and creative craft.
The steel and iron workpieces are for the most part recycled materials. Appropriate steel for the stress and fineness of the finished forging is a given.

I also do the woodwork in the traditional way. Much of the work is done by hand and with old, reliable tools (only the cutting is done by machine). Materials that nature voluntarily gives to us are also used here. Buying from dealers or uselessly sawing off wood is avoided. This gives the finished products a special energy and is made with love in honor of these wonderful and very old crafts.

My wonderful wife also offers some handicrafts here. These products are also made by hand with a lot of dedication and love.
